I took my mom to get a colonoscopy yesterday after a couple of scares over the past two weeks. I’ve had the veiled threat of something being wrong with her hanging over me like a black cloud about to explode. The doctor gave her an excellent bill of health after the procedure and there was certainly a sigh of relief that was palpable.
