Apparently the government thinks it’s unhealthy that we eat raw oysters twelve months out of the year – and so they are going to do something about it. Basically, they did nothing about Katrina and Rita and the aftermath but sit around with their fingers in their butt but for some reason they got an urge to ban raw oyster eating six months out of the year because it can kill you. Seeing how we’ve been eating them raw for a zillion years down here and no one is falling over dead – I highly doubt the government’s research.
