Really at this very moment I can think of nothing better than my family. We took Tin to get his passport and the woman who was trying to be all official and formal soon dropped her act as she was utterly charmed by Tin. He was after all wearing his Italian fancy pants outfit that T brought him from Europe and he said “Moo” when we (showing off) asked him, “What does a cow say, Tin?”
Let me just tell you this – his “moo” works on just about everyone. A genius! He’s so smart! All he does is say “moo. It’s quite incredible. Who knew that a monosyllabic bovine utterance could have such a huge effect coming out of a child.
We had to stop off and pick up a birthday gift so we bought him a balloon since his birthday balloon got caught up in the ceiling fan. He loves it! The woman at the Magic Box said, “All children love balloons.” As if that was supposed to in any way diminish what our son felt about this big fat blue balloon.
