Just doesn’t cut it – I thought taking a week of getting stuff done and being sort of available for work would be a good idea, but I find myself more stressed trying to do it all because I scaled back work and escalated the personal “to do” list and now even some of that isn’t getting done and that’s stressing me out. It’s just like Lena Horne said, it’s not the burden that wears you down, it’s the way you carry it. I started meditating again the other day just because I feel like i am spiraling at warp speed and digging down to China – literally.
