Great article on the litter situation that has really gotten way out of hand (no pun intended). I’ve always been a litter hater, but lately I’ve been honking my horn many times as I see horrible offenses committed on a regular basis. Done with that cup, throw it. Clean out the car, toss it as you drive. What goes on?
