I did business with two (well actually three) California companies on the house and have to say that everything was fine until there was a problem and suddenly those people, who were friendly enough, became dismissive and rude and indifferent. I just have had it with anyone there – trying to do business with them – this arrogance that seeps from their pores is just mind boggling. I told one of them yesterday that my delaminating window is a problem, but I’m not trying to get her to give me a new free window, or send me money, I’m trying to get an educated answer from her about how big this problem is – will it get worse? will it ruin the integrity of the window? and I told her that her dismissive email was getting everyone nowhere when the world would be a better place if all of those Californians would get off their fucking high horse and just get real.
We are for real down here in the Gulf South State of Louisiana.
