Work has been an absolute bear lately and right when I thought it couldn’t get worse I was dumped on by a co-worker. Tonight as I sat here multitasking with six very important things on my to do list (pushing down the other 20 very important things to when I get time), I got a call from a colleague in a land far far away – when I shared with him the “dump” he was resoundingly outraged, which confirmed my own outrage. Always a nice touch.
Really – at the end of the day – when you are working as hard as you possibly can, you don’t need somebody dumping his baggage on you to weigh your burden down further. BE NICE OR LEAVE – it’s not just a sign, it’s a lifestyle.
