Well, foot surgery today has both of my feet in weird Frankenstein shoes and yes, my computer is still waiting for Apple to ship the hard drive, which died on Tuesday, and yes I have felt bereft of my umbilical cord as I have waited for all of this to happen.
Monday – preop for surgery
Tuesday – hard drive dies
Wednesday – Arlene begins puking – suspected pancreatitis
Thursday – blood work on Arlene
Friday – surgery
