On Saturday took the J-man to Open Season at the Prytania Theater – darling boy, he still calls me Ocho. Part way into the movie he said, “I don’t like that bear.” I was kind of like, uh oh, so I said, “honey it’s all about the bear. The bear lives in a house but he is supposed to live in the forest and he is conflicted about where his home is. This is all about him finding out where he belongs.” And J said, “Okay.” And we stayed and watched the movie and at the end he said he liked the bear and the bear was happiest in the forest.
Oh thank heaven for little boys.
