My favorite part of working for my company is the diversity of cultures that coexist. We represent all parts of the globe and though we work together via phone, Skype, AIM, and email all the time, once a year we get together and each time, I am overjoyed to see how we are truly a global company.
Yesterday, I went shopping with colleagues during a few hours of downtime and we walked into a small boutique and the woman said, “My god it looks like the United Nations walked in!” There was me, India, China, and Poland all looking very different, yet inside all very much the same.
And so it is, Rachel, and so it is!
