The last few weeks, I’ve been having all sorts of amazing dreams – weird things where I feel like I am reliving in technicolor one of the million energies going through my mind. They get taken to the extreme so that when I wake up I see the absurdity of letting it nag me in my waking moments.
Last night, I was speaking to someone about yoga and how I’m just embarking on this practice and my best moments are when I stop telling myself that I can’t and tell myself I might, and that’s when I fly.
It’s hard to get out of your own way – hard to unblock and let go – but the rewards come so quickly when you do.
