Succumbing to the way of the eel
A day’s drive to Slovenia and the spa where first we enter the steam bath in the green room for vitality, then a plunge into the cold pool, then the red room for dry heat and fertility, then a cold plunge, then lavendar room for love- in and out – there is a luxury to the spa that isn’t posh, it’s a state of mind – the writings on the wall say ENJOY YOUR LIFE – and I’m slithering easily into eelness.
