Pema Chondron wrote this book and someone recommended it – said it was about learning how to live in difficult times.

she wrote another book called comfortable with uncertainty – can you believe that title? I mean, it just screams out to me. Actually thats what started my so far fruitless idealization of becoming in tune with my eastern soul, and thus solving all the problems in my life (which I can’t even verbalize, but yes of course they can be summarily solved) in one fell swoop.
I just received an email from a woman who is 43 years old who said, “I’m trying to learn that I don’t have the control over things that I thought I did.” I told her if there is one thing that Katrina taught all of us or drove home, it is to learn to live with uncertainty because in reality none of us have control over much.
