B is out of town so I went with K instead for a bike ride – started off solo and met up with her at Landry’s and we rode around the Point and back. I took it easy today because last Sunday I had gotten heat stroke and was really quite sick because of it. Then this morning before setting out I read that heat stroke is pretty serious – that you can die as your internal organs shut down. Figured doesn’t matter if I go 14 mph or 18 – it’s enjoying the bike ride and riding at a pace – in this heat – that doesn’t hurt.
