It started raining early today as if the sky were falling – June 1st marked the first day of hurricane season and this is the second or third big thunderstorm we have had where water comes down from the sky with a purpose. It’s pretty cool sitting up here in the tower and working while the lightning and thunder are all around me. Meanwhile, Arlene does not feel the same way – she has been cowering in the half bath up here trying to figure out the best way to get away from the sight and sound of mother nature.
