Spaghetti and friends

Last night, I walked down the street to have dinner with friends – spaghetti dinner – I am forever in love with that simple meal. I love the mouthfeel of twirled pasta in my mouth, the taste of the al dente noodles against the thicker, red sauce and the fine sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top of it.

On top of spaghetti
All covered with cheese
I lost my poor meatball
When somebody sneezed

It rolled off the table
And onto the floor
And then my poor meatball
Rolled out of the door.

Into a garden
And under a bush
And then my poor meatball
Was nothing but mush.

I wonder if Tin will sing these corny songs when he is growing up or have they been replaced by more earnest ones? Aside from the spaghetti dinner, we also shared some good belly laughs and that my dear, made it a priceless dinner.
