We’re leaving the Big Apple and headed towards the Big Easy and are overjoyed at the prospect of sleeping in our own bed, seeing our dogs and bastard cat, and getting up on Saturday morning with the bayou in full view. There is no place like home.
This weekend is the Creole Tomato Festival, The Louisiana Seafood Festival and the Cajun Zydeco Festival all in the quarter, all in one weekend. It’s hard to imagine having the stamina for three in one weekend but all three are worth attending.
