Does quality dissipate when spread thin?

If I tweet, text and Facebook, blog, and keep other blogs, twitter accounts, and the rest does that mean the quality of my missive goes down exponentially or does the ability to navigate through all of these mediums make you more adept at getting heard?

I’d answer but I’m in a stupor from being in front of so many possible screens.
