Friends who were over the other night for dinner said that they were going to start celebrating Ground Hog day by cooking ground something. Today Tatjana made kapuska, my favorite Turkish dish she makes which is ground meat, cabbage and onions with Turkish peppers – big YUM. But sadly, that old groundhog saw his shadow and predicted another six weeks of winter all while down here in New Orleans our little cold snap dissipated into another beautiful day.
