The Japan Festival was in the front of the museum this Sunday. I had walked over to the park with friends and we stumbled upon the Kaminari Taiko drummers set up right in front of the museum with huge drums. I always forget about this festival – they might want to consider putting some signs up because it’s a cool festival but like all festivals in New Orleans it is always when there is already a lot to do.
