I called to get a gift certificate at Sears for someone and they said it takes two weeks to process. I said could you speed it up and they said no. I called the store and asked if I could just purchase a store credit and they said no. I called to just buy something at Sears and they said you can’t buy anything unless you have a Sears credit card. Does Sears not wonder why it’s business sucks?
