We talked all afternoon about getting out of the house, about going to Swirl and seeing friends and having a glass of wine. Some people stopped by and we visited with them. And then we decided yes, we will do this, we will get showered, dressed and go to Swirl – it is possible.<\/p>\n
While I showered T1 went back to dress T2 and found exploding diaper.<\/p>\n
Then when that was all taken care of, Wolfie, who had been sick all day, finally got out of her bed and walked back to T2’s room and had diarrhea all over the flokati rug (impossible to clean btw).<\/p>\n
I announced, “There’s no way we are going out.”<\/p>\n
But I was half dressed and T1 and T2 were completely dressed, so we cleaned up best we could, rolled the flokati rug to the front porch and headed out the door.<\/p>\n
30 minutes – Swirl – friends – a glass of champagne for me, a beer for T1 – then home.<\/p>\n
