But instead of moping, in the spirit of my mom, T and I are going to get all dolled up tomorrow and go out to dinner to celebrate mom&#8217;s birthday. My rubber band heart that keeps expanding and contracting wants to remember her in the spirit in which she will always remain in my mind &#8211; gorgeous, stylish and fun.<\/p>\n<p>This is my dad and mom in Cuba before I was born.
