The heat index has been at about 112 since returning from Spain and my own internal thermometer is set at hot, plain and simple, hot. So how do you tolerate summer heat in New Orleans when the heat index is enough to make even the toughest swoon?<\/p>\n

1. Watermelon – ice cold from the fridge, eaten over the sink or sitting on the sink.<\/p>\n
