I was able to do yoga, get work done, get the Re-Bridge event ready to roll, and on top of all of that Tin and I were able to go to Fortier Park and get our drumming on. Base Base Open. Next week the Times Picayune is going to be in the park to do a story on the drumming circle.<\/p>\n<p>We made it back to catch the middle of the head washing and chanting and dancing and it started raining &#8211; a good sign that the blessings bestowed on the crops by all of us in white would do our food some good this year.
