Everyone is meeting in front of the aquarium at 11:30AM and the crowd is expected to arrive at City Hall at noon. People are showing up at the Sound Cafe to make signs and listen to the Hot 8 band play – whose member Dinerral Shavers was recently found shot in his car – will be playing. <\/p>\n
A MidCity coalition is marching from MidCity to City Hall to meet the other groups. A representative from each neighborhood will speak about specific issues that need to be addressed.<\/p>\n
