She said you have to step aside and get out of your way. <\/p>\n<p>The last few weeks, I&#8217;ve been having all sorts of amazing dreams &#8211; weird things where I feel like I am reliving in technicolor one of the million energies going through my mind. They get taken to the extreme so that when I wake up I see the absurdity of letting it nag me in my waking moments. <\/p>\n<p>Last night, I was speaking to someone about yoga and how I&#8217;m just embarking on this practice and my best moments are when I stop telling myself that I can&#8217;t and tell myself I might, and that&#8217;s when I fly. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s hard to get out of your own way &#8211; hard to unblock and let go &#8211; but the rewards come so quickly when you do. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was listening to a sports therapist who helps people with their mental approach to their game.
