No one knows why &#8211; our grandmothers went through menopause in their late fifties but women from 40 and up are going through it. There is a theory the hormones and antibiotics used in beef and milk are causing women to start their periods at younger ages like 11 and 12, maybe it&#8217;s also causing earlier menopause.
